Born in Nashville TN and raised on the southside music was always a major part of life for Barz Major. After learning to rap at a young age music was never a path he seen himself taking. Music was fun it was a way to party but it also was a way to vent. Not long after high school the passion for music grew and his thirst for knowledge grew. Going from freestyling in the streets of Nashville to recording with names like Travis Porter, Brandon(Jagged Edge), Yung Booke, just to name a few collaborations. He soon started to see this could more than a hobby. He started to develop his own sound while he was recording at Sabo Sounds Studio. Dropping projects like Dolla Sign This Dolla Sign That garnered lots of attention for the young artist. He linked up with Hotrod on the track and together they generated a strong push in the Nashville underground scene. More focused and ready he paired with Fate Eastwood and they would soon produce some of his best work. Highly respected in the city and his single featuring Travis Porter getting daily rotation on 101.1 the beat jams the demand for Barz grew. Show after show, studio session after studio session, he decided to switch it up and go into battle rap. After becoming the #1 freestyle rapper in the city he begun to travel and gain attention outside of Tn. While at Tsu he won the Black College tour freestyle competition and in the same year he also won the Weebattle freestyle Championship. Now with national battle rap exposure and a new highly anticipated mixtape on the way he looks to rise to the top and conquer the game.
